____, and i went to a good friday gathering @Serangoon. made its there on time before the heavens poured. then went for a treasure hunt, TREASURE HUNTING IS DIFFICULT. and played sabotageur (unsure spelling) and i was being noob and kept losing. still a fun game, i have a soft spot for deception :/

watched The Crossing, i remembered it from a church camp (several years back). still cool to see the big wooden cross there bridging up the big divide.

now im back home. i saw this doujinshi on deviantart, it was about some juvenile delinquents and two volumes came out AND I WANT TO BUY IT. but but but, the comic costs USD$10 per volume, regular shipping costs USD$5, tax about USD$0.87. the math is just too tedious. this deviant is like a self-published artist or something. i think self-publishing is brilliant. its cool. no publicity campaign, have to mine for masterpieces yourself, very ecletic, very varied, very indie. praise to the Lord not just for good friday/easter sunday, but also for good music, good fiction, good literature, good films, good comics. and for good boardgames too.

i substituted 'good' for 'great', simply because 'great' could very well refer to Happy Tree Friends and the like(which are really not great at all). yeah that's what i think, so sue me.
